International Shipping

We ship internationally to most countries. After your order is placed, if we have problems shipping to your address, we will contact you in 24 hours.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also track your order by logging into your account and clicking on the “Order History” tab.

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days of the date of receiving the order. To return a product, please contact us and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Most equipment is shipped in a wooden box. The battery may be shipped separately.

Before We Ship

Before we ship your order, we will take a video of the product and send it to you. This is to ensure that the product is in good condition before it ships.

Lead Time

We need one week’s lead time to ship all orders.

Delivery Time
