We want you to be happy with your purchase from Union Forklift. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 15 days of the date of receiving the order.
Before shipping, we test all products and send test videos to customers. We pack products in solid thick wooden boxes and well-pack them with soft materials inside the boxes. Based on our experience, we are sure that customers will receive products in good condition. We also purchase shipping insurance for each order. If you receive a damaged box, please contact us immediately. If you do not like the products when you receive them, please also contact us immediately. Here are our return and refund policies.
To Return a Product
To return a product, please contact us at service@unionforklift.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please include the original packing slip and a note explaining why you are returning the product.
All returns must be in resalable condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.All returns must be in resalable condition, meaning that they must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. If the product is not in resalable condition, we may not be able to issue a refund.
How to Process the Return
To start a return, you can contact us at service@unionforklift.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address we offer, we have several return addresses around the world, just find the locations nearest you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not China, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
There are a few exceptions to our return policy:
We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged.
We do not accept returns for products that have been made changes with the function or appearance.
